This journey started way back in 2007 I was working as a pizzailo at a local Pizzeria and take away around Somerset west (Pomondoro Restaurant) . This is where I acquired the basics of a pizza culture. I was deeply amazed by the sacrifices the team made to produce best Pizza in town. I immediately developed a desire to master this trade.
I always hoped to introduce best Pizza that would be affordable to common people.
I exprowed all famous Pizza joints around western cape including Somerset, Capetown, stellenbosch, paarl and Pringle Bay. I was a master but was not satisfied and decided to open a mobile Pizza catering.
I build my first Pizza oven in 2016. Was not a success due to capital problems and so I applied for employment at a famous Pizza oven building company.
While working here I still did my projects, research and study during my free times. I experimented all my projects with the help of very kind oven building veteran engineers from around the country and overseas.
My goal to produce a high quality Wood fired pizza oven at affordable prices.
